By using big circular arc grooving cutter and flat-bottomed cutter, it can be made the high-strength right angle model with radius of 5mm.
By using 135°"V"type flat-bottomed cutter, it can be made the high-strength acute angle model with radius of 5mm.

	3) Corner-Cutting There are many methods for corner-cutting, and two main examples will be introduced as following: 4) Box-making by Folding

c) Reinforcement Method for Metal Composite Panel Due to the high strength of the metal composite panel itself, the necessary reinforcement materials are quite fewer than those for normal ACP and fire-resistance ACP. Also, it is necessary to fill the glue along the folding line to enhance the strength there and improve the ability of resistance to corrosion. Note that the reinforcement materials should be similar to the metal composite panel, which could decrease the difference of electric potential and expansion index as much as possible. d) Other Methods for Strengthening the Metal Composite Panel There are many other methods available for reinforcing the curtain-wall panel, and you can choose any one of them to strengthen the metal composite panel as long as the strength of design could be met. The following are the two examples: The strengthen scheme with foamed polystyrene board: choosing the panel thickness between 20mm to 50mm according to the thickness of folding. 6) Hoisting and Installation 7) Seam Filling & Glue Injecting Filling chloroethylene or little polyethylene foamed round rod into the seam and injecting glue. 8) Removing Protective Film After the curing period of the silicone glue, remove the protective film carefully and wait for the final check and acceptance.

Furthermore, the coating could achieve its best condition in all aspects like strengths and abilities etc.
